Cancellation Policy

- We require a 20% deposit on most details to secure your requested

appointment day and time.

- This deposit can be made at the time of booking and will be applied

towards your total service cost.

- This deposit can be moved one time to another appointment slot if

rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may

result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

- Failing to show up for an appointment may also result in forfeiture of

deposit.

- Online appointments are requested, not a guaranteed day and time. We

will do our very best to schedule your service as close to your original

requested day and time as possible.
