Cancellation Policy

We require a 20% deposit to secure most appointments. This deposit can be made at the time of booking and will be applied towards your total service cost. The deposit can be moved one time to another appointment slot if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Online appointments are request, not a guaranteed day and time, but we will do our very best to schedule your service as close to your original requested day and time as possible.

Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If you fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit will also be forfeited, and you may be required to pay in full for any future appointments.
