Welcome to Elite Auto Salon ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By engaging in our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided: Elite Auto Salon offers a range of automotive services, including but not limited to detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and other vehicle enhancement services. Service offerings may vary and are subject to availability.

2. Appointment and Payment Policies:

  • Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your appointment day and time.

  • Deposit can be made at the time of booking and will be applied towards your total service cost. 

  • Deposit can be moved one time to another appointment slot if rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. 

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit.

  • Online appointments are requested, not a guaranteed day and time. We will do our very best to schedule your service as close to your original requested day and time as possible. 

  • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.​

3. Vehicle Condition:

  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that may affect the services provided.

  • Elite Auto Salon is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions that may worsen during the detailing process due to the nature of the work performed.​

4. Liability Waiver:

  • While we take every precaution to care for your vehicle, Elite Auto Salon is not responsible for:

    • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

    • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services.

    • Damage caused by paint imperfections, rust, or fragile components during routine detailing.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

  • Refunds or re-services are offered at the discretion of management.

6. Service Limitations:

  • Elite Auto Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

  • We reserve the right to adjust service pricing based on the condition or size of the vehicle.

7. Privacy Policy: Your personal information is collected for appointment scheduling, billing, and communication purposes. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Indemnity: By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Elite Auto Salon harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.

9. Changes to Terms: Elite Auto Salon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be made available on our website or at our physical location.

10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
